REFUND POLICY

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

If, after placing your order, you change your mind within 7 days, please contact The Royal Parks by emailing publicprogrammes@royalparks.org.uk or telephoning 0300 061 2255. After 7 days of your order date, we regret we will not be able to offer a refund.

My purchase is damaged, can I get a refund?

If your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace them or refund your money, including postage costs.

If there is any problem with your garment on arrival regarding size or condition, we will be happy to exchange it or provide a refund if you inform us within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date and can provide proof of purchase. Replacements will depend on stock available.
